After nine years of experience - seven years being completed in a major US law firm, Vanessa Brouillet integrated DS in 2009 to supervise the DS offices in South East Asia. She is based in Ho Chi Minh City and specifically operates in the field of mergers and acquisitions, on behalf of buyers, investors, sellers or company directors. She also deals with restructuring transactions, establishment of international cooperation agreements and generally transnational operations for the benefit of multinational companies and investment funds. She has an in-depth knowledge of South-East Asia where she spent a few periods of time.
