- The department defends companies and their executive managers before all civil, administrative and criminal courts, as well as before public authorities (Works Inspection authorities, Social Security authorities, Health Care inspection authorities¡).
- The department collaborates with the firm’s other departments to advise and assist DS’ clients in all areas of labour and social security law: individual and collective negotiations, restructuring operations and schemes to preserve employment, dismissals, departures and early retirement plans, settlement agreements for departures, international mobility, expatriations and detachments, negotiating the flexibility of working hours, status and liability of executive management, social security, work linked accidents and illnesses, safety and hygiene and new technologies.
- The department has also developed a specific know-how in advising and assisting local public entities.
